The Owners will make changes to the Website from time to time.  Changes to the website should not imply changes made to our Terms and Privacy Policy.  Should changes be made the website, the use of the website material is still subject to these Terms and Privacy Policy, unless this statement is changed, or substituted directly.

The logo, material substances, trademarks, names, images, designs, icons, recordings, videos, software, music, intellectual property, content items and content acquired by The Owners though license in whole and in part are the property of the Website (Site), and is to be considered in whole, or in part copyright. Any use, other than that directed to the paid subscriber for individual instruction, is strictly forbidden.

Materials or contents downloaded by the express permission of The Owners shall be for its intended use and shall not be for commercial purposes.  It shall be only used by the paid subscriber for the period of the subscriber’s membership period.  Materials may be used only for the non-commercial purpose and must only be downloaded by a user as a paid subscriber.  No other type of use of the contents of the Site is permitted.

Downloading or copying content does not transfer any ownership right, title, or interest of the content to the user.  It is strictly forbidden to download material, or to export that material outside of the jurisdiction of Canada in violation of Canadian export law.  The downloading and/or export of software or technical data from this Site to any jurisdiction in violation of Canadian law or Canadian export laws is strictly prohibited.

The Owners will not be held responsible for unseen health side effects, or health problems that the user encounters.  We provide the best information that we feel is available to us at the time and new discoveries are not always predicted, nor foreseen.  You are ultimately responsible for your health and nutrition, and you are advised to seek outside medical advice while undertaking this program.

The Owners do not make any representations regarding the currency, accuracy or reliability of information on this Site.  The Owners shall not be liable for any damages related to the use of materials, content or products shipped to the participant.  The Owners shall not be liable for any damages, or injury resulting from the use of this Site including without limitation direct, indirect, special, consequential damages, compensatory loss, profit loss, loss or damage to property.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold The Owners harmless from and against any claims, accidental effects, health claims, side effects, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from, or related to your use of the Site, or your deemed appropriate, or inappropriate use of materials, diet plans, or violation of any of the Terms and Conditions.

Miscellaneous

Unless otherwise specified, The Owners erect this Site and the Contents solely for the benefit of its members and clients to promote the services, products and programs of The Owners principally in Canada and United States.  The Owners control and operate this Site from its offices in Calgary, Alberta Canada.

These Terms shall be construed according to Canadian Law, without regard to conflicts of laws. Any dispute arising under, or relating to these Terms, the Contents, the use of the Site, or products or services purchased using this Site, shall be resolved exclusively by the provincial courts of Alberta, Canada. Your use of the Site constitutes your consent to the jurisdiction and venue of said courts with respect to any such dispute.

These Terms, Privacy Policy, and the Informed Consent are the entire agreement between you and The Owners relating to the Site or its contents. Any other agreements between you and The Owners are superseded and have no force or effect.

Termination

If The Owners believe you have failed to comply with these Terms, or for any other or no reason, The Owners, may deny you access to the Site immediately without notice. The restrictions, including restrictions with respect to the content, disclaimers and liability limitations in these Terms shall continue to apply even after termination. Upon denial of access, you must promptly destroy all Content downloaded or obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of Content.

Delivery of Services

The Owners working policy is to advise you in advance of any product cost or service before delivery or shipment and to make content available or performance of the services.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us and thus we insure our products & services meet your expectations.    Membership is non-refundable.  However, other than your membership, all products shipped to the member, or client is guaranteed, and your satisfaction is important to us.   The Owners must approve returns and will replace or refund purchase price of products upon proof of purchase at their discretion.  Shipping costs will not be refunded or paid by The Owners.  It is the responsibility of the client to return all products in their original container, or to make certain the returned product is packaged appropriately to safeguard the quality and condition of the product being returned.  Please contact us for the latest information on your order and our refund policy.  If refunds are available for your purchase, please prepare your receipt or equivalent proof of purchase.

If you have been wrongly billed or are unclear about an invoice, please contact The Owners immediately.

The Owners respect your individual privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) embodies our commitment to its protection through adherence to fair electronic information practices. Getting to Know Our Clients

The Owners are in the business of assisting clients in achieving;

1. better standards of health,
2. putting people in touch with other people to share information they have gathered,
3. provide information about published research into health and nutrition and
4. to help motivate clients to seek solutions to health issues that may be addressed using principles acquired on the Site.

Operation of the Site requires more than simply offering innovative technical services. It also requires that we understand our clients, some of their health issues, and their needs.

We get to know the client primarily through the information provided to us when signing up for, or using, one or more of our services. The information you provide ranges from basic contact information, to payment information, health status information, demographics, technical coordinates of host servers and unique difficulties the clients face.  The information we request from the client when purchasing our services is obligatory unless otherwise noted on the relevant form. Health information collected shall not be deemed to replace a personal health care specialist or medical doctor.  You must not discontinue your care with health specialist, therapist, allopath, modern system of medical treatment, nor discontinue any prescribed medication, pharmaceuticals, or prescribed therapies.

When you, the client purchases a membership, products and services, you agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete and updated information on your profile.

After signing up for our services, we may be in communication with you about your account, technical questions about services provided by us, or any other matters relating to those services. Those communications are essential to our relationship with you, the client and to our ability to provide you with quality services that are responsive to your needs and progress through The Owners’ programs.  We will from time-to-time provide you with feedback on your participation and progress.  Communications with the client give us helpful insights about them, their preferences and the ways in which we might improve our services. We, therefore, may maintain this information for future use and communication after they cease to be a member, or discontinue our program.

For operation and quality assurance purposes, we take note of whether and how you use the information and services that we provide, such as by recording site traffic patterns through maintaining of log files of users access to site files, completion of online, and program forms, progress through the program and your health statistics provided, or measured.

The information we receive from, or about you is stored on systems designed to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of that information. We also encrypt your transmission of sensitive information to us (e.g., credit card numbers, account passwords) in the interest of heightened privacy protection and information integrity. Transactions within our account manager and purchase gateway use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when transmitting data from your connection to our systems. Our Accountability to You

By purchasing a membership, our services and/or products, you obtain the protections of, and consent to the data processing practices described in, this Privacy Policy and you also represent to us that you have provided notice to, and obtained consent from, any third-party individuals whose personal data you supply to us regarding:

1. the purposes for which such third party's personal data have been collected,
2. the intended recipients or categories of recipients of the third party's personal data,
